Opening for the post of Project Manager/ Social Media
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9-14 years
Salary approx: 15-25 lakh
Job Details for the post of Social Media Manager:
1) Educational requirements Graduation in Engineering/Life Sciences/Pharma related subject (preferred), MBA (Marketing/General Management preferred) from a reputed institute.
2) Analytical abilities, ability to collect, interpret and analyze large social media data sets around diverse therapy areas, make qualitative and quantitative assessments and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
3) 6-7 years of experience in marketing or marketing related project management functions with at least 2-3 years of experience in internet marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing or digital analytics or social media analytics
4) Tech-savvy and dynamic personality with understanding and experience working with major social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other specialized online networks such as patient/physician networks (preferred) etc.
5) Ability to stay ahead of latest developments in social media marketing and analytics as a business functions, updated knowledge of macro-trends in technology and digital avenues of healthcare industry
6) Demonstrated thought leadership ability, ability to conceptualize new analysis frameworks and apply them to real time data obtained from healthcare/pharma related social media platforms
7) Drive for excellence in work, passion for quality, ability to operate at scale without compromising quality, team building and leadership abilities,
8) Social adaptability, willingness to adapt to international cultures, work environments and business processes
